My workplace has an account that was last accessed in April 2018. The employee managing it did not leave us access information and password. An intern tried to reset and we do not know what old email or phone number the access code was sent to. No way to get help on site without signing in.

Hi, I have changed my password but I was unable to access the account, I have clicked on forgot my password but didn’t get password recovery email(s) the site is not launched we are hoping to finish it by this weekend, please help with resenting the password or check why we are not getting recovery emails.

Your site reloadandco.com is not hosted by us (WordPress.com). It is using the self-hosted version of WordPress and it is hosted by Crazy Domains. Therefore, you need to contact them regarding your login issue.
