  Hello, for a different account I work with – I have access to the WP-Admin side, but I can’t figure out how to get to the actual account access. The website is stonebridgecraftedhomes.com and the email on the file is (email visible only to moderators and staff), however – no one in the organization has that email. What are the options? I need to be able to look at those domains.

  It appears that your website (stonebridgecraftedhomes.com)uses the self-hosted version of WordPress rather than WordPress.com, which is what this forum is designed to help with. Note the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  You may be able to find help here: https://wordpress.org/support/ or alternatively contact your hosting provider.
