  I can’t access my account. A former email address may have expired. How can I regain access to my WP sites?

  What’s the site URL of the account you can’t access?

  You can access your account by filling out the Account Recovery Form. You’ll be asked to provide proof of ownership, either a Transaction ID (if you’ve made a purchase) or an Activation URL (sent to your email address with an activation link) to verify ownership:
