  I had a website hosted through bluehost that I accessed through their portal. The account was linked to this email but when I sign in directly through wordpress I cannot see that website. I can no longer access the site through bluehost and I want to use it as I paid for the membership through until november what do I need to do?

  Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Bluehost.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
