  Never received notification of renewal to be paid, now am locked out of account for http://www.mydogwalkerpetsitting.com. I got wordpress.com thru hostgator to build my website and need to edit the site. How do I reactive that account on wordpress.com?

  Hi there,

  We replied to you in two different threads about this yesterday: https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/domain-name-question-33/ and https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/account-issues-24/

  mydogwalkerpetsitting.com registered and hosted at Hostgator.com, not WordPress.com, and you’ve been paying them for that site, not us. You’re using the open source WordPress.org software for that site, which isn’t the same thing as WordPress.com.

  We don’t have any control at all over that site, and there’s nothing you can reactivate on our end to get that site working again.

  Please contact Hostgator support directly to renew your hosting plan with them and reactivate/restore your site on their servers.
