Account access denied

    A few weeks ago I contacted your help line to gain access to my account. The website is Greenearthhempco.com. Your help personnel assured me they would have their tech guy email me with access to the site. I never heard back and you can see that I am patient since I waited for more than 3 weeks to allow your guy time to get to my problem. I have not heard anything so I am now confident that you will not help me. Is there anyone that can fix this today??? My patience has run out.

    I am checking the account and see that our staff member Neo emailed you in regards to the account about a month ago – they did not receive a reply back from you.

    This is what they stated:

    Thank you for reaching out to support regarding your inability to access your site at greenearthhempco.com. If you have been locked out of the site you currently have only 2 options:

    Reach out to the employee who created the site for you and ask them to contact us to transfer the site over to your account. My assumption is that you may have trouble doing this because of your history with this employee, but this is the easiest way to gain access to your site again.

    If #1 is not possible, you can try to show that you own the site by filling out our Account Recovery form and filling out as many details as possible and someone from our Account Recovery team will be more than happy to assist you:

    If ownership of the site cannot be established using step #2, access to the account cannot be granted for security purposes.
