Account access denied
-
Many years ago I used WP services and as it turned out, I created a Gravatar for myself. Now, when authorizing through my mail, I get an avatar that I don’t want to see.
I recovered the login password, but it requires a code for two-factor authentication, and after so many years I do not have it and the phone number has not been used for a long time.
How can I remove my account and avatar from public access, which automatically goes out wherever Gravatar is used?Thx
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there,
I can see you have access to this account (@arabyurat) to be able to post on our forums, so it sounds like you are trying to access another account instead, yes? What is the username of the account or the URL of the Gravatar page so we can take a closer look?
Thanks for the additional info!

This is a new account, you do not need access to it.
Here is the one you need: (email visible only to moderators and staff) (I have access to mail, but I don’t have a phone number, I don’t use it for many years and to the authenticator too).
I could be wrong, but the link was to the login: araproduction.
I need not so much access to my account as delete an avatar, which I don’t need now.
It doesn’t hurt to get access back, though, as I want to get back to web development. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for confirming. We’re limited in how we can help here in our public forums since authenticating your account ownership requires sharing data that is best kept in private.
With this in mind please reach out to our account recovery team at this address. For best results use the email address that is linked to the account you are trying to access, as that makes it easier for us to verify your account.
Hope this helps point you in the right direction!
