Account access problem
-
Hi. I created this user gracokayo because I can not login using my user kayograco. When I use username and password I got the message “This account hasn’t been activated yet — check your email for a message from WordPress.com and click the activation link. You’ll be able to log in after that.”, but I have no email from WordPress. If I use another password I got password error, so I guess the password I’m using is correct.
I tried to login also with all my emails, including all emails and work emails, but the message is always “User does not exist.”, so user kayograco is correct to.
I tried using the Account Recovery form, but I don’t have transaction ID, activation URL or key, neither two factor authentication codes. I tried also using reseting my password, but no email was sent to any of my accounts.
It’s important to note that kayograco.wordpress.com doesn’t exist because I dint’t create it when created the account.
I appreciate all the help you can give me in order to keep my user kayograco.
Thanks a lot!

Hi there,
We’ve been sending several login and password reset emails to the email address for the kayograco account, but they’re bouncing with an error that the email account has been disabled. If you still remember the correct email address, please make sure that it’s still working, or try to re-enable it if you don’t.
If you’re not able to get the email working again, and you cannot provide any other verification of ownership, we won’t be able to give you access to that account.

Hi @kokkieh, Thank you for your support.
I just wonder, if I cannot access to the account or associated email account (probably @hotmail or an ancient job like .edu.co), and if you get bouncing emails on that account… is it possible for you to delete the account so I can create it from scratch again?
I’m asking this because my user name is kayograco across several online services, and I don’t want to have a kayograco78 username or anything like it :(
Thank you again!

Only the owner of an account can delete it, and once a username is deleted it can never be registered again by anyone else, so that wouldn’t be a solution in any case.
