  Hello Support,

  I didn’t realize that my account wasn’t set up to automatically renew. I apologize. It’s looking like my site may not be active based on the emails. Please help me understand what the status is.

  Also If I wanted to cancel this site and take my domain back (i purchased from google) what would I need to do?

  Please advise.

  No worries! Would you like to buy the plan again and reconnect the domain? I’d recommend getting an annual or more if you can, as that’s a significant savings and you don’t have to worry about renewals as often. But it’s up to you. You can toggle Monthly or Annually and pick that up here:

  Once you’ve reconnected the domain, it typically starts working again within a few hours, or as quickly as the internet’s systems can catch up with your changes.

  Regarding the domain transfer:

  So long as you don’t cancel your domain anywhere (be sure to transfer it instead), it is yours to use wherever you’d like. You would just configure its settings to point to the host of your choice, and any host will advise on the settings they require. If you want to migrate your content to another service, you can do that too (here’s how.) Just bear in mind our service is top of the line managed hosting, with security and spam filtering built in.
