Account Activation / Gravatar Help!

    I’m having trouble activating the account (email visible only to moderators and staff). I had to sign up with another email, this alias– (email visible only to moderators and staff), in order to get on this forum to post this message to ask for assistance. I’m not getting the activation email. I’m checking junk, making sure nothing is blocked, etc. When I go on support to ask for re-activation, I get a message that activation information is “not found.” What I really want to do is manage the Gravatar image for this email address, which I need a WordPress account to do. I must have associated it as a blog participant several years ago and want to change it. As you can imagine, this is super frustrating. Please help reset (email visible only to moderators and staff). Thanks.
