i register this morning. it seems that i register twice for the same service. i wanted the premium and it seems i have to pay again 299 euros for that. how can i get just the price of one service in premium quality ?

I only see one charge for the Premium Plan of €99 on your account, and it was cancelled and refunded a few hours after you bought it.
If you were charged for Premium twice the total would be €198, not €299, which is the cost of the Business Plan on WordPress.com. I don’t see any evidence of a business plan on your account.
Can you please double-check your statement and make sure of the charges and amounts listed there? The refund issued yesterday won’t show on your statement yet, as those take around 10 business days to process on your bank’s end.
