  I purchased a one year domain membership yesterday and was billed for it. I tried to access my domain which I tinkered with yesterday, and found that I wasn’t able to log in with the account I thought that I’d made. The domain is live and accessible but it only accepts me as a reader, and I had to make a new account. Nothing was emailed to either of the email addresses I could’ve used except for one which notified me that my domain was live and gave me a link to access it.

  Hello!

  Since you would have the transaction IDs from charges on this account, you can use the Account Recovery form to prove ownership of the site, then WordPress.com support can help you from there. You can find that form here:

  https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery

  Just fill out as much information as you have, including an email address where Support can get in touch. The transaction ID will be on your bank statement as WordPress followed by a ten-digit letter/number code. They’ll look like this:

  WordPress XXXXXXXXXX
