Account and domain recovery
-
Good morning,
I am currently overseeing the management of a website for a client who previously utilized wordpress.com. The client’s domain was registered through wordpress.com, but they are currently unable to access their account. The system indicates that the account has been canceled, despite no intentional actions leading to this outcome.
I have attempted to navigate the recovery process without success. Could you please provide guidance on how to recover both the account and the associated domain?
Thank you in advance.

Good morning!I attempted to fill out the form earlier, but I received this message in response:
