  There are three variations of WordPress at play; Fully hosted with WordPress.com, hosted with WordPress.com with an upgraded plan and self hosted using WordPress.org with a third party hosting company like SiteGround or GoDaddy. It seems like your website is not hosted with WordPress.com, but hosted with a third party hosting company using WordPress.org. Unfortunately I would not be able to assist you with recovering your account credentials and your website is not hosted here at WordPress.com. I advise that you contact your website hosting company for assistance with recovering your account.
