Greetings from Spain. I am really satisfied with your blogging service and, though I am using a free account, I bear in mind improving and upgrade it. I have some questions for you to be answered in order to make the final choice, whether to stay free or to upgrade to a premium one.
– Let us suppose I upgrade my account by paying the 99€ amount but I do not feel satisfied with the service, let us say, 4 months since the payment. Thus, if I only use this premium service 4 months, do I only have to pay this period and be delivered the rest of the money back?, or this is not a condition you observe.
– Once I have discard my premium account, and returned to a free one, what does it happen with my contents and themes and all that?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi @cayetanoleandro, you can get a refund if you change your mind within 30 days of purchasing the plan. Domains have a 2 day refund policy, but we can refund all but the domain if needed.
We do not do prorated refunds though. You can find more details here:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/refunds/Also, your content and images remain the same regardless of which plan you’re on. If your plan comes with special features (special design features, premium themes, etc.) those will be lost when you downgrade, so you would want to get in touch with support before downgrading if you have questions.
