    I am trying to delete my account but it gives me an error ‘API calls to this endpoint have been disabled.’
    Can you please help me delete my website
    veronicamariefallago.wordpress.com. 

    I tried deleting my whole wordpress account but it won’t let me either.

    WP.com: Yes
    Jetpack: No
    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

    Hi there –

    You’ll need to contact the bank or card provider in use and ask them to remove the charge back claims prior to us being able to close the account.

    I don’t think my card/ bank is working anymore, it was a year way back before. The card/bank is no longer active. And I don’t know which bank it was, I only saw this Mastercard **** **** **** 7007 on the receipt and none of my card has that. All of my card are replaced and renewed.

    We made a change on our end and you should be able to close your account now.

    To close your WordPress.com account, you need to go through the account closure process on your own. This is not something we can do for you.

    You can follow the steps here:

    Note: This shuts down your username and deletes all the sites associated with your WordPress.com account and all their contents. After a few weeks, this data will be entirely purged from WordPress.com’s servers and the process cannot be reversed. Therefore, please be sure you want to cancel your entire WordPress.com presence before proceeding.
