Account at .org stops me from sync Mailchimp with my .com wordpress site

    hello. back in 2018 i tried to build a site with .org.
    Now i made one with wordpress.com with a paid domain and all the staff i needed to do.
    While trying to sync mailchimp with my .com site it appears that i had to login to the account i have created back in 2018 at.org. I noticed that the image of this account appears at my user profile at.com. If i delete my account at.org where i do not have any sites will this have an affect at my .com site? i want to sync mailchimp with the .com site while i deletd the site i made in .org. If i delete my account will i be abble to login as the user i am at .com site? thank you for your answer in advanced

    Good Morning! the site i constructed with wordpress engine is this https://mydailyretreat.com/

    and you have right. it does not appear as a site at my wordpress account BUT while i go to the back end of the site i see the photo i have inserted to my wordpress.org account.

    So i am wondering what exactly is happening.

    A wordpress.com account and a wordpress.org account are in no way related to each other. Deleting a wordpress.org account doesn’t affect your wordpress.com account and vica versa. But you only need a wordpress.com account if you have installed Jetpack on your wordpress.org website.
    Your site https://mydailyretreat.com/ isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform but is hosted by POINTER-SHARED1 in Greece meaning it uses the open source wordpress.org.
    Your site is in no way connected to a wordpress.com account for login. You can login at https://mydailyretreat.com/wp-login.php using the credentials you choose when you set up that site.
    The Mailchimp problem has nothing to do with your wordpress.com and wordpress.org account. A free Mailchimp account is limited to just 1 website.
