  I need to know when the account is due to renew and how is it billed? Account is active because I have access as admin in order to make updates. When will we get billed again? How much? How do we pay?

  We have absolutely no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.

  You would need to log into the user account that owns the upgrade for the site in question – since it’s not tied to your account, it’s likely under the other Administrator account for that site.
