Account block

I block my account (email visible only to moderators and staff) and I’m not receiving the emails to restore my password. I had to create another account because I don’t have all the information you request to unblock. What can I do?

That site isn’t hosted with us here on WordPress.com, so it’s not linked to any WordPress.com username account.
You’re using WordPress on that site, but the open source software made on WordPress.org, and it looks like you’re hosting it at GoDaddy.com. So contacting GoDaddy directly is your best option for regaining access to your dashboard.

Hi!
So finally I got in and I was add into the account but for some reason when we click on ‘send reset Link’ we don’t get any link.
Also, we are all as Administrators but we when we click in forgot passwords or complete we our information when the account was blocked we didn’t receive any email to unblock the account.
I think something is wrong whit recovering our account and we are afraid if we block again we won’t be able to get in.
(I wanted to send you a screenshot but I don’t know how)
