Account but don’t know what it’s for

    We were charged for a WordPress.com premium account but I can’t find any record of the charges or that we are using WordPress.com. When I login to the wordpress.com account, it shows no purchase history either. I’m trying to find someone at WordPress.com that can help with this.

    Hey there, I don’t see a charge on this account either. I’m guessing you might have another username. Can you can use the secure form at https://wpchrg.com to look up the payment and find out what it was for?

    Once you’ve located the charge, you should be able to contact billing directly so they can help with a refund if necessary. If not, please update us here and let us know the name of the site associated with the charge.
