Account Cancellation

My company is being billed for a service that we don’t use. I can find nowhere to cancel the account. If the account is not cancelled immediately I will contact my credit card company and dispute the charge.

I agree. There are no sites associated with my account. My question then is why am I being billed $5 per month?
I’m asking that you stop billing the account AND refund previous charges since they, by your own admission, are for services that we don’t have.

This charge is for the Akismet service. You may have a self-hosted, WordPress.org site that utilizes this product.

I don’t have any questions. Just cancel the service. Any future charges will be disputed with our credit card company.
