  Hi,

  I built a free website using WordPress. I purchased a domain name from google and hosting package from hostgator,with WordPress installed. After pointing my domain name to hostgator, I couldn’t access WordPress. I suspect that my free WordPress account may be responsible for it. I request that you cancel my free account to help my access WordPress through hostgator.

  My domain name is stennetgroup.com
  Email address is (email visible only to moderators and staff), and (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  Hey stennetgroup,

  Your WordPress.com account can be connected to your WordPress.org website only using the Jetpack plugin and it doesn’t create any problem.

  If there is something wrong with while accessing your website, you must contact your web hosting customer support(HostGator).

  WordPress.com has nothing to do with it. But if you still think that deleting your free account can solve this.
