  I want to cancel my account and make sure none of the services renew. How do I make sure I’m not charged for anything else?

  Hi there:

  I’m not showing you have any active plans under this account. The WordPress.com Personal plan you purchased August 1st was cancelled and refunded in full on August 4th. Since there aren’t any active plans, you wouldn’t have anything that would be renewing.

  If you do have an active plan, can you let us know what the URL is of the site? Once we have that information, we’ll be better able to advise.

  Otherwise, if you want to close your WordPress.com user account, you can follow the steps here to do so:

  Close Your Account

  Note: This not only shuts down your username, it deletes all the sites associated with your WordPress.com account and all their contents. After a few weeks, this data will be entirely purged from WordPress.com’s servers and the process cannot be reversed. Therefore, please be certain you want to cancel your entire WordPress.com presence before proceeding.
