  Hey, I was trying to cancel my account and issue refund but it could not complete my request can you process this for me.

  I see you’ve already cancelled your Premium Plan, and the renewal was voided before it could complete so you won’t be charged. The hold on your credit card will be removed in a few days.

  I see you’ve also already cancelled your domain. I’ve processed the outstanding refund amount. You should receive the refund in about 10 business days.
