Account Charge

Hi there,
Firstly apologies, I think you possibly get messages about this all the time.
I have had a charge against my credit card for $99.I have not used my site for the last 11 months (I think, it’s so long I can’t quite remember). And do not intend to use it moving forward.
Would it be possible to have this charge reversed please.

Purchases made on WordPress.com can be canceled and refunded during the refund period:
a.) Domain registrations can be canceled within 48 hours of registration.
b.) Plans and other purchases can be canceled within 30 days of purchasing.
c.) If you used the domain credit to register a new domain as part of your plan, and the refund period for the registration has lapsed, the cost of the registration will be subtracted from your refund.
d.) If you used the domain credit to map an existing domain, or if you are canceling within the refund period for the registration, you will receive a full refund.However, I’ll tag this thread and a Happiness Engineer will take a look over your account to see what can be done. Your patience is greatly appreciated!

There are no purchases on the WordPress.com account you are logged in to. Could you have made the purchase using a different account? Which site was the purchase for?
Once I know more I’ll take a look.
