  I created a website in 2018 and see that my account was charged a year ago I do not want the website so want to make sure I am not charged again

  I should add that my WordPress account states I don’t have any websites but the money was taken out in Nov 2019 so I would have expected to see the site until Nov this year?

  What is the URL of the site for which you bought the upgrade last year?

  The nangobi5 account was only created in August 2018, and has never owned any sites, nor bought any upgrades from us. So if you own an upgrade with us, it was bought under a different account.

  If you’re not sure what site or account the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ – enter the transaction details on that form, and it will tell you if that charge exists on our end and what site it’s for.

  You can also use the Contact Support link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
