Account charges

    Hi, I was advised to open this account by my tutor in uni last year & Paid a annual fee. I never used the account and have now left uni so longer need it. I have been charged a further Fee how can I stop this & possibly get refund. I can find no contact details on site

    The WordPress.com account you’re using to post here has never bought any upgrades from us, we don’t have a credit card on file for you, and we’ve never charged you.

    If this charge is related to your site, daisydoesdesign.co.uk, then it’s likely a charge for your hosting plan at Dreamhost.com. Please contact them instead for help with this.

    That site is connected to your WordPress.com account via the Jetpack plugin, but it is not hosted by us on WordPress.com, and we do not charge for connecting a site here in that way.
