  I am unable to see a recent charge to my credit card under ‘purchases’.

  WP.com: Yes
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hey there @4bottomplow I can’t see any charges on this account either, but if the charge is coming from us, you can look it up here:
  https://wpchrg.com

  Once you’ve located the charge, you’ll see an option to contact support directly. Click that, then let us know if you’re trying to recover access, cancel, etc.

  Does that help? If not, send more details and we’ll go from there.

  @4bottomplow I have merged your two requests. The charges will be visible when you’re logged into the correct account.

  If you already know which email gets billing reminders, you can log out and log back in with that email address, then the billing history will appear. But if you’re not sure, you can use the form at wpchrg.com to look up the charge securely.
