Account Check & Possible Refund Request

Hi there,
A couple of months ago, I inquired about a renewal request that my company was soon to be charged with, and I had thought that the confusion at that time was cleared up.
The summary of it: We did not have any plan signed up for (at least under this account name), so I had thought the renewal request was a random error.
However, my boss was charged later on for the renewal of this account:
dartsxchange725922716.wordpress.com.May I find out why and where this came from? We are currently in the midst of employing the use of WordPress for different projects and had no intention of continuing this one for the time being, hence why I inquired earlier to ensure that no charges would be conducted.
I would also like to request for a refund for this charge and subsequently remove the plan that we may be on.
Let me know if I need to provide any other information (I have the receipt ID and Transaction ID as well). Thank you!
