Hi All,
I have an old account that was closed yesterday but I need it recovered as it has a blog post I had worked on and need back!
However, I can’t recover my old account because it says my activation URL is invalid. Is there any way I can recover it?

What is the URL of your other blog and/orf what wordpress.com account are you talking about?

https://eurasianfoodiecom.wordpress.com/ that site hasn’t been closed, you just never launched it. To launch a site, https://wordpress.com/support/settings/privacy-settings/#launch-your-site
Your custom domain eurasianfoodie.co.uk brings me to your site eurasianfoodiecom.wordpress.com/. So to restore access to the account owning that site, you can use the Transaction ID at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-form

Thank you for your help so far! It seems that the link is sending you to my new account eurasianfoodie.co.uk. This is a site I have setup as my old one had been closed.
My old account is closed when I try to login – my activation URL is invalid, I’m guessing because its from 2019 and I never paid for anything on my old account so I don’t have a transaction ID.
Luckily I did have another site under my old account called https://foodand.finance.blog – not sure if it can checked through that?
Worst comes to worst, I’ll just have to re-write the posts.
