  It’s our understanding our account was closed around 2018/19, yet a message has just been sent about Australian GST.

  To confirm, is this regarding a different site/account or heirisson.org.au? If it is the latter, the site appears to be down and is only connected to this account via the Jetpack plugin. If you are still receiving messages regarding this account, then you will need to disconnect Jetpack.
