Account closed by mistake
-
Hello,
I have an another account (angelcas27) for an another blog (journaldunefilleperchee.wordpress.com). But I accidently closed my account (angelcas27). And I don’t know how to recover it. WordPress ask me my ID or a check for verification, but it’s a free blog! I don’t have these proofs.
Besides, WordPress ask me a link of creation of my blog, but I created it a long time ago, and of course I didn’t keep the link sent by email.
How to recover my account and my blog?
Thank you

Hi,
The Account Restoration section of the Close My Account support page says:
It is possible to reverse an account closure for the first 30 days after an account is closed. If you realize you closed your account in error, please contact us immediately. We will be able to assist you in reopening your account during this 30 day window. Once the 30 days have passed, all of your sites and account data are purged and cannot be restored.
Please note that during this 30 day window your account data persists, which means that you cannot use your account email address to sign up for a new WordPress.com account. Once the 30 days are up and your account is purged, your email will be freed to use with a new account.
I’ve called for staff attention to this support request. Staff will respond here.

Hi there,
Please reply to the account closure confirmation email we sent you when you closed the account for days ago. We can only reverse an account closure if the request comes from the email address that used to be connected to the account.
