  After deleting an account, am I able to make a new account with the same E-mail address?.

  Hi there,

  The question is why do you need to delete an account to create a new one??

  As stated here:

  When you delete your account, your email address remains in our system for 30 days. This means that you cannot use your account’s email address to sign up for a new WordPress.com account. Once the 30 days have passed and your account is purged, your email will be free to use with a new account.

  But you don’t need to delete an account to create a new site with the same email address. You can register more sites under this same account: https://en.support.wordpress.com/create-a-blog/#adding-a-new-site-or-blog-to-an-existing-account

  Or maybe you need to delete a website only, not the account? https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/
