  Hi, I would like to permanently close my site, but I do use the domain for my email. Is this going to mess up my email address? Is there anyway to keep the email address and close down the site? Thanks, Elisabeth

  Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? I can confirm that elisabethstudiointeriors.com is registered at WordPress.com but is under a different account and not your elisabeth2da5cd45b5 login.

  Hi, I have closed my account but when my website is searched it is still showing up. Is there anyway to speak to someone on the phone about this?

  We don’t have phone support, but I’m sure we can help you here on the forums.

  Also, please don’t create duplicate threads – I’ve merged your newest thread into this existing one and will answer you here.

  We have no control over what information comes up in a Google or other search engines – they will eventually (within a couple of months) reindex your site and when they find it no longer exists, they’ll update their search index to remove it.

  To try and speed this process up, you can ask Google to recrawl your site:

  https://support.google.com/webmasters/answer/6065812?hl=en

  Note they may not honor the request and reindex your site when they would normally get around to it.

  Other search engines may have similar options, so you would need to look into each search engine for that process.
