  Hello I would like to stop the subscription for the above account.
  I have followed your instructions going through my purchases etc. It is not possible for me to do this. Please stop my subscription and close the account. Thanks

  I can’t see a charge has been made on this account.

  What is the URL of the site which has the subscription? This will help to track down the charge and the account.
