    Hi, I would like to close this account and reopen a new one with the correct domain. Please refund any purchases made on this account and close the account once all purchases are dealt with.

    Hey there, can you clarify what you’re hoping to do? I can see you’ve already canceled the plan and will receive a refund for it within the next few days. Canceling a domain won’t free it up right away, so if you want to move this to another user, we’ll want to help you go about that another way.
