  Hi there,

  The instruction to delete your site is here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/

  However, you can’t delete your account itself as it was mentioned by one of the staffs here: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/deletion-of-account-13?replies=2.

  If you are not going to use the account anymore, there are many things you can do for removing your personal information from your account. Please refer to the link above and perform it.
