    I just cancelled my paid subscription to creator profile, if I had known I couldn’t have any direct contact with you without it I would have spoken to you before cancelling. Now I have just the free version, so have no access to any help. I would like to cancel the whole account but I have only just a month or so ago renewed for the entire year. I am no longer using wordpress and would really like to be refunded for 11 months I won’t be using it. The reason I have gone over the stated 30 day (?) refund period is because I was trying the creator account and attempting to update my website but after a month of not being able to achieve what I wanted I gave up and am now using another website building site. I have been using WordPress for a few years and have been a loyal customer this far. It would be a shame to leave feeling like I’ve been ripped off paying an annual payment in advance for a product I won’t be using. I would really appreciate some help and understanding in this matter

    Our refund policy allows for refunds within 14 days for yearly subscriptions. You requested cancellation of the amount paid for the Creator plan on 2024-03-26, which was six days after the purchase, and you were refunded accordingly. The Explorer plan was renewed annually on 2024-02-14, which was already outside the refund policy when you upgraded your site to Creator. As the renewal occurred after the refund window, no refund was issued. You can view the receipt for this transaction at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing.
