  Will we receive a refund when closing our account?

  Hi there. It depends on what is being refunded and if it is still in the refund period.

  -Domain registrations can be cancelled within 48 hours.

  -For plans and other purchases you must cancel within 30 days.

  You can request a refund by going to the ‘Manage Purchases’ page, and select ‘Cancel and Refund’

  If you’re asking about a different account that has bought upgrades, please provide the username or a site link so we can look at the actual account and advise you properly.
