The account you are contacting us from hasn’t purchased an upgrades on WordPress.com. What is the address of the site you would like a refund for? Please don’t share any transaction details here, an address is the only information I need for now.
Could you try logging out of serenakp, then log back in using the email address your purchase receipt or renewal notification was sent to? That way, I can check the account.
