  If I close my account, how do I get back my subscription fee?

  Hi there

  First you have to go to your WordPress profile and click on Manage Purchases on the left menu and it will open a list of your domain and plan purchases.
  Find the domain you want to cancel on your purchases list, and click on its name to start editing it.
  You will find the Cancel Domain and Refund button.

  You can only get refund within 2 Days.

  Hi there @ahmedisahabbax Refunds on WordPressdotcom upgrade plans and premium themes are available for 30 days from purchase but new custom domain registrations need to be cancelled within 96 hours from purchase to be eligible for a refund. Depending on your payment method, it can take between 10-14 business days for you to receive the refund.

  You canceled your purchase on the same day, so more than likely your credit card processor will handle it as a reversal, meaning that the original charge will simply be removed from your bill.
