Account closure

  I noticed a charge of 58.00 on my account. So I need to close this but I want to know if when I close this am I still going to be charged and will that amount be refunded to me?

  We have absolutely no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.

  If you enter the charge details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ we should be able to help you with this.

  I’ve entered the info on charge details and the charge appears as it is on my card. It’s not linked to this account; but I know it is under an email I’ve previously used.

  However,

  I don’t know what the e-mail is. Is there a way to figure out which E-mail it is?

  Follow the instructions below to retrieve the transaction ID associated with that purchase:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/transaction-id/#if-you-dont-have-access-to-the-receipt

  Then send us that transaction ID using the Account Recovery form:

  https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
