  I need this account closed as we lost the domain and it has been inactive for more than a year and you’re still taking money from our account.

  To close that account you need to be removed from the site. For that, you need to contact the site owner (@mutyabaleleng12 ) and ask them to remove you by following these instructions:

  https://wordpress.com/support/user-roles/#removing-users

  If they also want to close their account and get a refund, they need to contact us from their account.
