  Good day,

  we’d like to close our account permanently.

  Closing the account will delete everything on your account information (all sites and all their contents). Even your username will be deleted and you will not be able to reuse.

  Hi there,

  To be able to close your account I need to downgrade your site which was on the Business plan. This process will delete all of that site’s contents so I need your confirmation before proceeding.
