    Hi there,

    You have a site in your account, anxdepression.wordpress.com, that used to be on our Business Plan and using plugins. It looks like you recently cancelled that plan, but the site was not properly downgraded back to the free plan – this can only be done by staff.

    Before you can close your account, we’ll need to properly downgrade your site. This will cause all content added to the site since you first installed plugins to be lost, so I’ll need you to confirm before I can start with that process.

    If people post here asking for help closing their accounts, it’s a safe assumption that they’ve already tried following those instructions and saw a message that they need to contact support, so just pointing them back to the instructions doesn’t help. Please tag threads like these for staff.
