  Of what payment are you speaking? The WordPress.com account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any sites with us, and have never bought anything from us.

  If you’re trying to cancel payments on your Jetpack-connected site, https://cungaya.com/, you need to do that with your hosting provider, Google Domains. You are not paying us for anything related to that site.
