Account Closure

    I have requested an account closure and refund for a different account to this one. But the emails on that account are not working so I don’t know what to do.

    Hi Adam,

    What is the account username, or the URL of a site in the account, that you’re referring to?

    We cannot close an account on your behalf under any circumstances – only the logged-in account owner has the ability to close an account.

    If you don’t remember the login details for the correct account, or no longer have access to the email attached to the account, please follow our account recovery process at https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/ so we can help you regain access. Once you’ve regained access, you’ll be able to cancel any upgrades and close the account.
