  Hi there! Attempting to close my account and also to take my former blog entirely off of the web. When I was attempting to do so a window popped up instructing me to contact support. Will you help me? Thank you so much!

  You may need to cancel your paid upgrades back to the basic plan by going to the Manage Purchases section in your account linked below:
