    Hello, we stop using our website long ago, and forgot to cancel plans and everything, and we are goong to close our account pernamently, is it possible for us to get a refund?

    Our refund policy for domains is shorter than the refund period for plans, so with this in mind I am able to make a partial refund of $48 for the Personal plan renewal on your site. You can confirm here, and will see the funds in your account within 7 business days:

    However, too much time has passed for us to be able to refund the renewal on greasy-monkeys.com. With this in mind would you like to restore the domain to your account so that you can continue to retain ownership?
