Account Closure/ Recurring Charges

    Hello, we offboarded our WooCommerce account over 1.5 years ago, however we’re still noticing reoccurring charges processing on our card.
    I’ve reached out to WooCommerce support many times to cancel all charges going forward but a recent one came through on our statement as WPMU DEV for $7/mo.
    We haven’t used these services since March 2021 so we are kindly requesting a full refund and confirmation that ALL charges associated with WordPress and WooCommerce will be stopped.

  • Hi, did you mean to get in touch with https://wpmudev.com/ ? While it appears to be WordPress related, it’s a charge through a completely separate company, so not something we can cancel here from the managed hosting at WordPress.com.
